It is something you will spend time learning about before your surgery and you should have the products in your home before you come home from the hospital. This diet has four stages that last approximately 2 months total, but then what?

The first 2-3 months are going to be very structured and you will be following the gastric bypass diet that was ordered by your dietitian. But this is a very short time in the grand scheme of things. It is the next several years of your life that will determine your weight loss, whether you maintain it and if you are able to shed your obesity related health issues.

The first six months to a year you will lose weight without trying. The weight is going to come off just because you are not able to consume more than a quarter to a half a cup of food at any given time. You will spend a lot of this time learning about what your body will tolerate and what it will rebel against. This will be an exciting time as you see the pounds come off. You will be able to see your feet again and you will be able to do many things that you have not been able to do for years or maybe you have never done.

at this may not be one of the most comfortable subjects for most people, but over on my blog where I cover the best deals for consumers on a wide range of products and services, learning how to cleanse your colon is definitely one of the most requested topics that people ask me to look into.

Most people will cleanse their colon using one of two methods…

1 — You\’ll visit a practitioner who\’s going to hook you up to a machine that will literally flush that stuff out of your colon mechanically. Most of the time, you\’re going to be watching as all that…uhh…”junk,” is cleansed out of your insides and flows through a tube — which is clear, by the way — that gives you an up close and personal view at just what\’s been building up in there for the past 20 years or so.

No doubt this is definitely effective, but as is probably obvious, it\’s also time-consuming, requires that you visit the doctor\’s office, and it can also get pretty expensive. On the plus side, you do get to walk around for the rest of the day with that beautiful picture of all that “stuff” whizzing by in your head.

2 — You\’ll choose to do it at home for yourself. This is the typical method most people will choose. It\’s much less expensive and has the added benefit of allowing you to perform the procedure when you want to do it, rather than having to schedule it around someone else\’s schedule.

Assuming that you do this yourself at home, the most prevalent method is going to be to get a colon cleanser that will just give a little assistance to your body to help it expel all of that stuff that\’s just sitting there right now — basically, the colon cleanser will do the same job as the machine that we talked about above, but it will do it naturally and help your body do it for itself.

The way you\’d actually perform the colon cleansing is quite simple. It\’s simple. Just go with the supplement you feel comfortable with, follow the structures on the label, and then await the results. Them sure you don\’t want to hear too many details, but what essentially happens now is that the product starts loosening up all of that stuff and turning it into something that your body can easily expel. Most colon cleansing suppliers will say that you should plan on staying close to your bathroom for a short while the first time you take it just to make sure that you don\’t run into any accidents while the cleanser starts doing its job.

Of course, it should be pretty obvious that what you want to do is only choose a colon cleanser that has been proven to actually work.
